Students learn advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, advanced internet and email tools, data management, basic programming concepts, accounting fundamentals, and office automation. ADCA – ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN COMPUTER APPLICATIONS

This is an advanced-level professional course designed to build strong expertise in computer applications, office automation, and web technologies. Students gain in-depth practical knowledge required for modern offices, institutions, and business environments.


COURSE CONTENT (ADVANCE LEVEL)

Advanced Office Automation
Students learn advanced MS Word for professional documentation, advanced MS Excel with formulas, functions, pivot tables, MIS reports, and basic dashboards, and advanced MS PowerPoint for business and seminar presentations. The course also covers email management, internet tools, Google Workspace, and digital productivity tools.

Accounting & Data Handling (Basic–Intermediate)
Students are introduced to accounting concepts, basic Tally with GST overview, billing, reporting, and practical data handling for office and business use.

Web Designing & Development (Basic to Intermediate)
Students learn website designing concepts including HTML, CSS, DHTML, and basic JavaScript. They create static and basic dynamic websites with proper layout, forms, and responsive design fundamentals.

Typing & Professional Skills
English and Hindi typing for office use, data entry practice, file management, and professional office workflow skills are included.

Project & Practical Training
The course includes lab-based practical work, real office practice, and a final project to ensure job-ready skills.
